The Radisson Red Brussels is a nice and trendy hotel, clearly designed for a younger audience and an attention to decor details. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything appeared neat and clean.
However, the much-advertised mobile app, and the IT system in general, leaves a lot to be improved... The app was basically non-functional for everything that counts (messaging the hotel personnel, using it as a room key replacement); the connected car garage is unable to issue cards without actually _calling_ the hotel; the self-checkout kiosks worked sketchily.
