I would not recommend this property at all until serious changes are made. When we firat arrived the staff was friendly. We went to our room and it went downhill from there. The master bedroom air conditioning was broken, was told would fix the next day. We were offered a fan in 90 degree weather. No thank you. There was no other villas available at the time so they made up the 3rd bedroom, as we only booked a 2. The shower had no hot water or water pressure. The tub would not drain. Was told would fix the next day. The door on the 2nd bedroom would not close properly so bugs could come and go as they pleased. We were told would fix the next day. The room,3rd bedroom smelled terrible. The pool bath was so dirty I would not even let a dog in it. The kichen was also dirty with not everything as listed in it. Water dispenser missing, mini bar missing, water kettle missing. Wifi was not working, was told would fix tomorrow. We were hungry when we arrived but to our surpise the restaurant closes at 2pm. Oh, and managers reception as listed on the website does not really happen. Oh, and the bar listed on the site is also not there. The breakfast was horrible. We stayed 1 night as we really didnt have a choice. I spoke with Expedia the night we arrived with all the problems and they called the property and was told no manager was on duty. The next morning Expedia called back and was told the manager was on vacation. Thank goodness for Expedia as they were able to get us out.
