I recently stayed at the Niles hotel with my parents, occupying two separate rooms. The warm welcome we received upon arrival set a positive tone for our stay. The staff, while explaining the hotel rules, offered us tea, and our luggage was efficiently taken to our rooms. The rooms were well-maintained, displaying a smart use of space with ample outlets and a convenient keycard-based electricity system. The only drawback was the somewhat compact shower cabin. Nevertheless, the rooms were equipped with everything one might need, including comfortable beds.
The cleaning staff exhibited professionalism and patience, ensuring our needs were met. The breakfast spread impressed with its diverse offerings, catering to various tastes. The helpful and friendly hotel staff added to the overall positive experience. The location proved ideal, situated on a quaint urban street that leads to a spacious square with the Beyazit Mosque. The Grand Bazaar, numerous food and shopping stores, and the tramway station to Taksim are conveniently located at this square. In summary, my stay was highly enjoyable, and I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel.
