Disappointing
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful and had great facilities (eg 24h gym, nice pool, nice garden). We stayed at a standard room and premium room and both were disappointing. Although both rooms were spacious and modern, they had several negatives. The standard room was located near the street and it seemed as if we were sleeping on the street/with all windows open. In both rooms you could hear the people in the hallways and rooms next door as if you were in the same room. The cleaning was also not as expected/seemed super rushed. The premium room was also very dark and had lowered ceilings due to which my partner (203cm) could not fully stand in the bathroom. On top of all this, we also wanted to arrange an early taxi via the hotel for to the harbour. The hotel could not assist us with this and we had to book the taxi via their partner touring agency and ended up paying 5x the average fee and the taxi was 15min late. Overall would not recommend this hotel.
