Disappointed Traveler
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not book another stay, nor wgould I recommend this place to anyone.
Firstly, the condition of the bedding was unacceptable. The blankets had visible stains, which I documented with photos. This lack of cleanliness is simply inexcusable for any hotel.
Additionally, the hotel was permeated with a constant smell of marijuana, which made it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the establishment.
My experience was further compounded by billing issues. The initial concierge mistakenly booked me for just one night, which forced me to check out and then back in. This not only disrupted my stay but also resulted in me being charged excessively—over five separate charges during my visit. I am currently awaiting a refund that was promised, but this has added to my frustration.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. With unclean bedding, an unpleasant smell, and significant billing problems, it fell short of even basic expectations. I hope management addresses these issues for the sake of future guests.
