My partner and I stayed at your property on Saturday, 24th May, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience.
Upon arrival, we did not feel particularly welcomed. The two staff members at reception seemed more engaged in a private conversation than in assisting us, which set an uncomfortable tone for our visit.
We were also frustrated to find that the car park was closed, with no prior notice provided. This added inconvenience made our check-in experience even more stressful, as we had to find alternative parking at short notice.
When we got to our room, our disappointment only deepened. The room was much smaller than advertised, and we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues: marks on the walls, a dirty remote control, unclean areas of the floor, and a large crack in the sink. The curtain was also ripped and stained, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—making it difficult to use the toilet comfortably. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided, which we would expect as a basic amenity.
Given the price of the stay, we had higher expectations and felt let down by both the service and the condition of the room. Sadly, based on this experience, we do not plan to return.
We wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it will help improve future guests’ experiences.
