Horrific Weekend
When we arrived they only had ONE of our Double beds available and the only other room that they had available was a KING. So we were on different floors and after we received the keys that DID NOT work they changed our 2nd room to a KING. So we agreed to the king and went to the room and it looked like someone had laid in the bed. But we UNPACKED anyway but after we UNPACKED the desk clerk told us that they gave us the wrong room. So we packed our luggage and moved to another king suites. We didn’t have enough towels in one of the rooms, bathtub was dirty, no iron and on the to check out. I pulled the covers back and the comforter had blood on it. I talked to the manager and she supposedly give me a discount for all of the inconvenience. But when we checked out the desk clerk didn’t have a clue what I was talking about.
