Very unorganized, rude, no customer service skills or hospitality. Outdated check-in system. They dont have a list or computer to show my booking. Then asked to give a $30 dollar Cash only deposit for room and remote and gave no receipt of deposit. Stayed 2 nights and you have reactivate room key every night which is an inconvenience. Then next morning they had a call for a stolen vehicle and cops were there in the morning. Then when it was finally checkout time. They were trying to cheat us out of $10 claiming we only gave a $20 deposit instead of the $30 they took. With no receipt to show. After back and forth they finally gave us our complete deposit. Its was honestly a nightmare and would not recommend this place.
