Women DO NOT stay here!
I booked via your website at approximately 12:20 am for a room at that time. Arrived at hotel within 20 minutes and was told that i could not check in till 3 pm. Front desk Gennifer said that mistake happens all the time as your website automatically books for regular arrival time and not for that midnight hour. She said it could be easily resolved by contacting you. I used the virtual option and chatted with Thalia who said she could resolve the issue. We went back and forth and i provided proof of confirmation, payment and bank proof. Was assured by Gennifer and Thalia that this could be resolved. After 10 hours of air travel plus five hours of driving, both my Goddaughter and I were exhausted. During this time a woman with no pants on shows up asking for a towel. Another woman who appeared to be a sex worker was lingering in the lobby.
I am informed that although they can verify that payment was made that i would have to pay for another day in person and that hotels.com would refund my money in 7 to 10 days. The manager would not approve our stay even though payment was made thru third party vendor even and recieved and the delay was due to hotels.com in sending them an virtual approved credit card.
A man who was clearly intoxicated begins to argue with front desk as he was not allowed to check in via no stay per manager. I did not feel safe with my goddaughter and did not feel it was acceptable to charge me twice for the same room. Left and stayed at another hotel
