Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours..
They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed. There’s no mattress protector covers on the bed.!! Gross!! Anything could be on those. He called and complained and they said they would send somebody out with mattress protection covers.. iThey came out the next day. They tied it to our door and they said someone came with a golf cart and stole them.!!
The condo was still dirty, After cleaning! If you walked around with your feet were black and he had to wash our feet off every night before bed.. They lied there’s only a queen instead of a king. . This unit only has two queens and a twin in it.. No lighting in the backyard for the animals and everything was broke!! Be careful. The shower curtain in the bathroom falls down every time you touch it.. property management very nasty and said they’ve only give us $100 no matter what!! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Furniture was dirty, carpets and blankets . They only give you one roll of toilet paper. You have to bring your own.. BEWARE OF THIS UNIT AND Property management! It’s also for sale .
