Nobody to help you check-in. NO housekeeping
This is an apartment in a building with no staff to help you on check in. I waited 1 hour in the lobby in extremely humid conditions and the property managers were not responding to me or Hotels.com when we tried to contact them multiple times.
Front desk only had 2 security guards with very limited english so we didnt understand each other. They kept referring me to a sign instructing me to check with "agent" for check in instructions. They kept asking what my room number was so they could give me the room card, but i had no idea. The security guards tried to help me and directed me up to level 5 which was the unattended office of another property manager, which we realised some time in. For some reason when THEY called the apartment contact number we tried, they answered. After 30mins they told them my room number, and i was able to go back down to front desk and get my room card.
Please note, this apartment was up to level 7, walk down a walkway & up a steep floght of stairs & down another flight of stairs to get to the lift of the building this apartment is in.
There was NO INFORMATION PROVIDED. I had to keep messaging them on hotels.com app for info such as wifi details, WHERE do i leave the rubbish? Only for them to tell me i have to throw it out myself & it took a long time to figure out where. Tv wasn't working. Ant infestation in kitchen. Not enough towels etc provided for a 10 night stay.
Very poor experience. I've stayed in hundreds of places-one of the WORST
