Location is perfect to all Duval Street has to offer. The hotel is older, but fits into the Key West vibe. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The pool was comfortable and not crowded. The room was clean and updated. Little added features like the ceiling fan was nice. The bed, but the bed… the bed was so comfortable that even if everything else was awful I would stay here again just for the comfortable bed. Overall we had a great stay with no disappointment.

Great location. Walking distance to some of the coolest places on Duvall St. Heroes bar directly across the street. Breakfast could use a little help, but there’s a coffee shop next door. Pizza till midnight next door as well. Just don’t accidentally forget to give them their key card back, they charged me $100 on my CC. Other than that I would stay here again.

The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room.

This hotel is right off of Duval. You have everything with in walking distance and a cvs around the corner if you need any kind of emergency items. The temporary bouy is only about a 10 minute walk. If you have a vehicle, you park nearly 50 yards away on the side of a restaurant. Everything was great during my stay and the motorcycle I rode in on was safe too.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bonuses were that it opened to a well maintained pool and rooftop patio for people watching !! Excellent location as it is located at the center of Duval St- restaurants and watering holes on both sides of the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend- I know we will be back!
