Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Key West. The pool and deck area are nice and cozy for a relaxing time.

The room was clean, bathroom was very clean. Daily towel service was appreciated. Enjoyed the second floor outside area quite a bit. Bar vending machine on the second floor was broken, but wouldn't have used anyways. Other reviewers complained about street noise, but we didn't hear anything in room 305.

The parking was fine. The greeting at check-in was nice. The request for extra towels was rudely denied. The breakfast was awful - cold coffee and no creamer, no way to heat the pastries. We appreciate the bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve, but we certainly paid for it - $1000 for 2 double beds for one night!!! Great location for our needs, though.
