No Elevator Service & Going Upstairs with Luggage
Told it’s no elevator service upon arrival. Could get cancelation if I wanted by staff but it was late evening and it was near family. I got 2nd floor nothing available on first floor. I have diagnosed back strain, no lifting, transfers rolling luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Wasn’t friendly to me or my body. So nothing was available for me to change hotels for my trip. So No I wasn’t pleased and I got text messages asking about my stay from staff. I didn’t bring muscle relaxers on this trip so it was very uncomfortable this holiday. I will be seeing my doctor Tuesday morning again. I should have been informed before arriving there about elevator issues in advance. My thoughts are tell people who booked online what’s going on instead of putting helpless people on the spot. I had no where else to go and affordable at last minute. You can refund my money for my stays. A stranger saw me struggling with luggage and items and he took them from me and put into my car. Going up & down stairs. Return my money or give me free stays somewhere else of my choice that has everything working. Refund Thank you for nothing but bad service and business. Not good place to be anymore
