We were on the 2nd floor with 4 people and 3 pets, so the fact the elevator did not work at midnight when we arrived, and there was no ability to use a luggage cart, was so frustrating. We got to our room and it was nearly 80 degrees, and stocked with 4 small towels. The breakfast should be listed as equal to a vending machine selection, not a breakfast. The room took 6 hours to cool down to sleep. The pet fee was double what i am used to paying. The front desk was rude, aside if the person who checked us out christmas day.
I cancelled the second night and found a better option.
