The hotel is very old, it is like you are going back to the 90s. The rooms are outdated and have damaged furniture in them.
The rooms were not cleaned properly and a lot of services (like an elevator) were out of order. I had to carry my suitcase up 4 levels to my room. The breakfast was also a big disapppointment. Basically it is a bag that you have to ask for yourself which has a muffin, a danish role and water in it. They have no restaurant service. Guests are not welcomed when they walk in and the staff talks Indian to each other. The location is also very bad. Taxis to NY can be very expensive because of this. When I came in to check in there were also other guests complaining, so I was not the only one with this experience.
