I stayed for four nights and was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Today’s rental properties often come fully equipped with the same amenities as a home, including washers, dryers, and dishwashers. The key difference that typically sets hotels apart is the expectation of a clean, refreshed space each day.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I requested housekeeping service for my room three separate times, but it was never cleaned. As a result, trash began to pile up and used towels were left sitting, creating an uncomfortable environment.
I don’t understand how hotels can fall short in the one area that should be their greatest strength, which is providing guests with a clean, relaxing space to return to.
