NYC vacation
Overall a good stay. But a couple omissions, especially in the bathroom, surprised me:1) no cups or glasses, and 2) no clotheshooks whatever. Also, I was not enthusiastic about Hyatt’s $25 per night “destination fee” — a simple device to harvest more dollars from its customers.

Wonderful hotel in midtown
Truly a beautiful hotel in the heart of midtown. We interacted with a few of the staff and they were cordial and efficient. I would definitely stay there again.

Great experience but smaller rooms
It was good overall but the rooms were very small even for two people. a little bigger room would have been great and airy..

The property itself was amazing. Perfectly placed. However, when we were faced with a dilemma like a cancelled flight the staff were not so helpful. We were not permitted to use the phone when we discovered our phones did not work on wifi calling. When I asked about staying for further nights I was just told you were fully booked at the central. How many Hyatts do you have! The only choice we were given was to order a cab. We had no where to stay for two days until the next flight and we were two adults with a child.
