Good resort - minor changes could make it excellen
Stayed at Retallack for 3 nights and really liked the setting, design and facilities of the room/studio. The location is a little remote, but that's part of the experience :-)
The Surfsuite which we booked has a funny layout as you enter through the bedroom - as in the front door opens towards the bed. Actually not bad as it preserves the view from the living room at the back, but on a rainy/snowy day coming in wet/dirty into a bedroom is weird. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned and a kitchen towel missing, but overall the apartment was good.
At check-in after hours the security made us feel welcome and didn't bother us with paperwork, while still making sure we had explanations.
The internet connection requires a one off registration, but you need to reconnect every day, every machine... It would be more efficient to simply be able to auto connect.
