Deception at Lanta Palm Beach Resort
It's been a very long time since I've met a similar bunch of lazy and non service oriented staff...... The location is nice, but especially the reception staff even manages to answer an open question like: ' What activities are available and can we book through you?' with a simple 'yes' .. Also problems with the plumbing are not or poorly solved. In the restaurant everything you touch is sticky.. Orders come trough poorly and when you order the same breakfast every morning, you never know what to expect.. Even ordering from the menu is not understood by the staff. On the bright side.. the location was nice. Also having your breakfast on the beach contributes to your holiday feeling. Would definitely not recommend or book this place again. Sad, because it does have potential..
