Very unhappy
We stayed here last year and loved it. We just checked out again this morning. The most disappointing stay ever.
There was a family - and by that i mean a family of 10 or 12 that monipolized the pool for 2 entire days- loud music at the pool, so loud you could hear it through the doors into the rooms. It was like their own personal reunion and home. I never complain at places but i went to the desk to complain and they did nothing. 2 other guests, that im aware of, did the same. Absolutely nothing was done. So 2 days of our trip was soent listening to loud rap music through the walls and being unable to wven use the pool. At 1400$ for 3 nights, it was complete bs. Idk if new owners took over but this place has gone completely downhill in a year. The staff was so friendly last year, this year they didnt even look at the guests when they walked by all day.
