I would have given the property management an A+, if they had not treated me so poorly in the final hour of my stay. The access code was cancelled one hour prior to check out - a technical issue according tot their help desk. As I was travelling alone, I could not re-enter the condo. It took me 35 minutes with the reception desk and a helpdesk member to re-enter. These things happen, but making it my problem, first denying I had a reservation, secondly making it my problem (urging me to leave on time?!), and finally no apologies really made this a bad experience. Too bad.
