This hotel was unfortunately not up to what I expected. The rooms were very basics, the bathroom was cramped, but most of all, it felt very unsafe to take showers as electrical wires were hanging just above the shower head.
Although I had paid to stay for 6 days, I decided to checkout the next day. When checking out the owner of the hotel, who’s from Belgium, told me that they will try to provide me with a refund. Unfortunately when Expedia asked for the refund authorization, it was denied by the hotel. This was very disappointing and not very commercial.
I would not recommend this place as there are hips of other places in Koh Phangan that are much cheaper for this level of standard.
On a positive note, the hotel had also a restaurant with very good western food and friendly staff.
