1 day before I traveled I received an email with general information about the hotel: The location, the neighborhood and ... my entrance code! Also the location of my room was mentioned on there: 1st floor with NO lift, which is not possible for me! I had to upgrade my room to a ground floor one and I had to pay £25 extra! £100 for a double compact room on the ground floor (read room for compact people, I hardly fitted in the bathroom, I have friends who would not even get in there!) Check in: Was fine, the receptionist was friendly. There was a printed sheet with general information in the room when I arrived. Check in was only from 3pm (that could be a lot earlier!), if you want to check in before 3pm you need to pay extra! Check out by 9.30am (that could be later!) The reception is only open during certain hours! Check before you book! Room: Room is nicely decorated but unfortunately my room was dirty: Cobwebs on the ceiling, the floor was not properly mopped and the shower room's floor was dirty. Bathroom: The wash basin is located in the room, the toilet and shower are separate. The shower has good pressure, the shower gel provided is lush! There is a hair dryer and enough towels provided, they were clean. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are clean and smell nice. Facilities: Coffee and kettle provided. No spoon! No mini fridge. TV works fine-ish. WiFi: Works perfect! Around: Enough shops and bars around, nice area, I felt safe.
