Basic hotel
Most staff members were very friendly and pleasing and the overall comfort of the hotel was good. Room cleanliness could have been better.
At arrival, we discovered other people's hairs in our bed linens. When we discussed this matter, the night shift employee did not take us seriously and came across surprised we even took up the matter. Eventually, he guided us to the laundry room and had us pick out new bed linens (and make the bed ourselves!) Not the service you would expect. Another slightly disappointing aspect was the frequency in which the room was cleaned. This only happened once during our 4-day stay (in the late afternoon!)
