Upon arrival I stood at the window waiting to check in. The young lady at the counter seemed busy for the first few minutes that I was standing there, so I waited patiently until she was finished doing whatever it was that was keeping her from greeting me or even acknowledging my presence. Once she was finished she sat down at the computer and picked up her phone and continued to ignore me for several minutes while she smiled and typed away on her phone. When I eventually spoke up, she seemed unenthused that I was there, putting her phone down as if she was bothered that interrupted her social media time. She barely said two words while
Checking me in and giving me my keycard. She also failed to mention the elevator was broken, instead i stood there until one of the other guests told me. Taking the stairs to the third floor I was greeted with a cockroach infested room. During my stay I saw probably two dozen live ones, about half of those were baby roaches so probably a bad infestation, and over a dozen dead ones. There were dead roaches in every corner, under the bed, in and under the sink, around the bathroom…they were all over. The refrigerator occasionally buzzed so loud the next room could probably hear it.
