Nice hotel, nice rooms, great food portions and good quality.
However, we paid for 3 superior king rooms, were told on arrival they only have 1 avaliable, but 2 regular rooms, fine, accidents happen. We were told they will check if they can refund the difference between the 2 rooms we were downgraddled on, never received a call back. Spoke to hotels.com directly, they contacted the hotel who told them we "did receive 3 Superior king rooms".
So, despite having used hotels.com for years with no real negative occurences, this one was definitely a first, being left out of pocket and then essentially called a liar, excellent customer service.
