It's a huge issue when the shower doesn't work properly. The shower water temp never worked correctly the 4 days I was there. I barely had any hot water Friday and Monday, On Saturday and Sunday I only had hot water. I went to the front desk Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and told them what was going on. While maintenance did try to address the issue Friday, they did not do it correctly. By Saturday the water was scalding hot. It was so hot you could not shower. I went back on Saturday and asked them to look into it again. On Sunday the hot water problem remained. I told them again Sunday and by Monday the water was barely warm again. Also, little things in a hotel room are important. There was no trash can, no phone, no hair dryer, and no sink soap. There was also no room number outside my door. While these are small things, I don't know how someone thinks it's a good idea to be open if you can't adequately care for your guests. It's a poor business model. Really disappointed with this level of service when it was $600/night. Even if it was Super Bowl weekend.
