My partner and I stayed for one night. The Check-In was fast and we had our room ready hours ahead of time, which was wonderful. During the day, there were a few technical issues, that were not on the hotel's fault. Yet, the hotel staff did their best to make us feel heard and offered extra services to compensate us (which we couldn't use, since we stayed only for one day). They couldn't tell when the problem would be fixed, but ensured it would be as fast as possible. When we came back to the room a couple of hours later, everything was fixed and we even had a few treats with a sweet note on the table. This is when good customer service is most important- when things don't go as planned.
The only thing for improvement I can say is to make sure there is another person at the front desk during pick times (check-in hour) so if a guest calls, there is someone who can pick up the phone. But still, the service was kind and friendly.
Also, the location was amazing.
