PATHETIC SERVICE AND STAFF...STAY AWAY
I am a gold member with Expedia and use their service a lot recently, but this has been a terrible experience and I hate how these people get away with this and keep doing business. We book this apartment with them months in advance so no real short notices. Yet, we have been trying to communicate both thru the Expedia messaging and direct and somehow got a reply once by a crystal that we will get check in details a week before and our check in request has been noted. We were in Edinburgh in the last week a family and hence we booked this accommodation. we had 2 KIDs with us a well. I kept ringing their provided number even to extent that we boarded the train from edinburgh to london with no response. finally, with expedia , I got given the managers number ANDREA. she finally made contact and said you must have whats app and started conversing there. I still have all the messages and I am going to look for ombudsman in london for hotels to supply messages and their service still. After a while on same day when with family on train and landing in london in night 11pm, she withdrew and stated we cannot accommodate you anymore. When asked she said the only thing she can do is divide our family in two and give us a small room which were 31 minutes apart by train..landing AT 11 PM in night. Can you imagine? sending kids seperately to 2 unknown locations and else you can book somewhere else. I will highly recommend to stay away. Expedia will know as they tried to ring themselves
