Great, comfortable and guestfriendly hotel
I discovered this hotel by accident. It was not so closely to the government buildings I had to visit, but the raving reviews made me curious. I was not disappointed and the positive reviews are accurate. The airport transfer is for free and the service is timely and service oriented. My suitcase didn't arrive late in the evening but they still waited for me, and helped me the next morning to retrieve my suitcase. The room is spacious and super clean. The room has sufficient lights and good furniture. The bed slept very good. In the late evening, there is some street noise but not disturbing, and in the late evening it is quiet. Staff is super friendly and service oriented: from reception, security and cleaning staff. Breakfast is okay and if asked you get a fresh omelette. The cook is very good. I ate 2 evenings and 1 afternoon and the food is very tasteful. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavours in the samosas (vegetarian) and the fries are made from fresh potatoes, crunchy and not fat. I could stay longer in the room during the last day without problem.
Close to the hotel are plenty shops ranging from a nice coffee house, many currency exchanges, 2 largest mobile providers and other shops. It took me only 3 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel and for sure I return to this hotel in my next travel to Kigali.
