Terrible check in process
Reception is only open until 5pm. We were told we’d receive out of hour’s instructions which included a phone number to call when 10min away. Though no one answered the number and eventually I’d just get put through to an answering machine. I tried the number 6 times as well as all the numbers on the building door. We were locked out on the street for 30min at 8pm with 2 children under 5. Eventually someone answered call and let us in but we had to wait a further 10min fir the building manager (who looks after all their apartments) to drive over and give us the key. Such a stressful experience! We had started looking for alternate accommodation as we had assumed the number provided was incorrect and we weren’t getting in. Despite leaving numerous voice message no one from reception got in touch next day to apologise or check all was ok. In addition the aircon in the room did not work. We will not stay again!
