Good location, however as a Marriott Hotel, they have dropped the ball. Aircon had to have a technician 3 times to fix, the shower drain was blocked and filled up the standing tray. Their telephone system did not work as per the instructions on the telephone.e.g dial 1 for desk, just rang out.Advised that they hadnt updated the phones or instructions. Finally, the breakfast was served on paper plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups. I felt like we were at a Mc Donalds, not a Marriott Hotel. When I raised these issues, there were plenty of apologies, however who wants to spend their holiday sorting out basic maintenance needs or eating from cardboard and plastic. I note the price did not reduce for a Marriott Hotel stay, just the quality on many fronts. You have damaged a very good brand that we have used in many countries now, and we will not stay at a Marriott Hotel again. Buyer beware, if your happy with a McDonald's restaurant and poorly maintained rooms, then this is the hotel to stay at in New York. Very disappointed
