Ok stay
The hotel was fine, but I would maybe rate it more 3.5 up to 4 stars. The room was big with nice view.
On the description it says many things like welcome drinks etc. but when we arrived there was none.
I give them kudos for allowing to check me in a bit earlier then standard check-in time.
When we want to use the big pool on 01st floor we were unable because they were cleaning for hours. And when we did the next days after the water was not clear. The staff told us that they are unable to clean on time.
And the 2nd pool they had has not much sun so we also barely used it.
One of the day we were relaxing in the afternoom at our room as cleaning were done. Then one of the staff knocked on the door and before we got the chance to reply, he opened the door immediately. It turns out he went to wrong room for cleaning when they already did on ours. This is quite bad to just enter like that.
Hotel receptionst apologized afterwards and offered us high tea when we will check-out, but asked us to inform them 10-15min in advance.
I called them 15min before we left our room but still they did not prepare in advance when we checked out. So we dropped this.
Cleaning time is also very variety, sometimes we were back at 17-18 in the evening and still room not cleaned yet. So we had to remind them.
Overall, ok experience and room was clean.
