Good for the price. The employees are nice and helpful.
We did have a few issues upon check-in however. First, our bed frame was completely broken, so anytime someone put any weight on the bed, it would immediately sink down on one side. When we asked for a new room, we were told no rooms were available but maintenance would fix it. They did manage to end up making somewhat of a fix on Christmas day, which I am thankful for, but this was something that should have been caught during cleaning when the housekeepers were changing the sheets, as any slight movement of the mattress was very noticeably pushing it down/off center.
The next issue that we found later was the mirror/back of the lights in the bathroom was horribly dirty, almost looking like someone puked and it was left to dry. I included pictures below. We did not even bother trying to go down to get a new room again, but you definitely get what you pay for here.
It did seem like they are possibly trying to do upgrades as there was some construction on some of the floors, so hopefully the condition of the hotel improves in the future, but this was a solid 3-star experience for me
