This was a clean property, but very old and falling apart. The shower curtain was torn, the room smelled of ancient cigarette smoke, and the “ashtrays” in front of the rooms were industrial sized whole-peeled tomato cans. There was a vibe of the place, set by folks (no shade to them) who appeared shadowy, gaunt, and fixtures in the establishment. All this said, I had no negative interactions with any people, including the proprietors. The breakfast was fine and everything was clean, if worn. I probably wouldn’t go back again, but for the money, it was decent, if you don’t mind the ground in smoke smell and sort of indecipherable element of “other” activities occurring at the premises.
