Everything starts from the first day; we arrived at the hotel and the guy named Nour was not friendly at all. Given the fact that we were so tired, we mentioned about the ‘cleanness’ of the room the next day after breakfast. When we told - the same man Noir about it, he ignores that the room could be dirty, with a lots of hair and even between the blankets it looked like they weren’t changed at all. So as he said he would inform the cleaners about it. When we - the same day - returned to the hotel in the evening we saw that nothing was changed; the floor was dirty; horrible look in the bathroom and again dirty blankets. When we noticed that we went immediately to the reception to ask what was going. Strange enough the other guy from the reception was ‘so easy’ and ‘relax’ that the only solution if he could arrange was changing the room, but unfortunately he could not. Only giving a pair of ‘new’ towels. I was shocked when I heard this. I have never heard or see this kind of ‘service’. Everything what was said e.g. hair dryer that was defect, no ventilation, no shower soap, dirty towels and blankets, was not accepted. The only thing was - talking to the manager. When today - our last day started the manager was never to find or better to say he did not come to the hotel. So in summary, neither the staff was able to listen nor trying to help or find a solution. This was the worst service ever!
