I stayed in this hotel for New Years Eve at Antwerp in Dec. 2015. The only downside that I can think is no power outlet next to the bed, which is the dumbest complain, the hotel is magnificent, although I had asked for a double bed and got two singles. Cozy rooms in old style, second floor, an old fireplace with a big mirror and a classic wardrobe, a desk and a small table with chairs. Good heating, working WiFi, flat screen TV (no English channels, dutch and French. For some reason Comedy Central was removed from the system). The shower and washbasin are in the room while the toilet is shared with the other two rooms on the floor. Awesome breakfast, three types of cereals, lots of breads and sweet pastries, cold cuts and cheese, orange juice and coffee. And if you don't know the city the best part is location, location, location: a short walk to the central square and the shopping district, just in front of the St. Anne tunnel entrance to cross the other side of the river (for the view of the city) and lots of nice cafes and pubs nearby for a late night beer. Is somewhat away from the central station and getting there in first place can be tricky, I think Antwerp public transport system is not easy to understand. There are two power outlets, none of them near the desk. The neatest one is taken by the TV.
