We stayed 6 nights for holidays and work. Breakfast was included, but as we went down for breakfast around 9, the croissants were gone, as was the jam. We normally stay at The Mitsui Ginza, which has a much wider range for breakfast. So our expectations were not met. It was very frustrating, also because the annex bakery, was still full of croissants and other danish pastries, but we were suggested to buy them...I could not agree with that...luckely, we were told we would be repaid for breakfast and went out for it. So I can only say to think twice before booking with breakfast, because it has very less choices than the Ginza or Kyoto Mitsui.
