The hotel stay was horrible, and I wouldn't stay here again! When we arrived to our room, it was mediocore, not what you'd expect and it didn't have enough towels or washclothes for our family of 5. When I recieved a text asking about how things were going and if we needed anything, I asked for more towels and washclothes, and for the soap dispenser to be refilled. It was completely empty upon arrival. 0 RESPONSE, our entire 2-night, stay. The breakfast was disgusting, the server was MIA most of the time, and when she was there, not friendly. I asked if they had water, she told me no, I have to walk to the other hotel's breakfast buffet to get water. Laughable! Home2 Suites by Hilton doesn't have water, pitchers, or water bottles to serve it's guests? What a joke! Later on that day we came back to our room, as our visit was 2 nights, the maid, what an even bigger joke! She half a** cleaned our room, its like she started, but then gave up, because nothing was refilled, still no soap, 1 of the 2 beds was made, and the garbages were full!
The pool was VERY small, and if you do go there, be careful, as the tiles around the pool are very loose. It could be to allow for the overflow of water to spill in to, but nonetheless, its a lawsuit waiting to happen, as it's a matter of when, someone slips and bumps their head or falls on the slippery, uneven, and unlevel cement tiles.
DO NOT stay here. On top of it, keep in mind valet is $50 per overnight, across the street, $35.
