Trip was good…I was in Little Rock for funeral. Multiple family members also stayed at the same hotel and have stayed at this hotel on previous visits. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful! Shout out and thank you to Leon, Tina Marie, Ebony, the lady with the Afro who cooks breakfast and all the kitchen staff. Thumbs up for your kindness!
I must admit I was annoyed my 1st night the television stopped working. I called the front desk for assistance they sent up one of the maintenance person who also could NOT fix the television. I spoke to the front desk person again (Natasha) who was very rude and told me the only thing she could do for me is I would have to move to a different room in the middle of the night. A simple genuine and kind apology, I believe is one thing that would’ve helped the situation with an acknowledgement of the problem and compassion for your guests. Following up the next morning to resolve the situation would have also been a good solution. I did speak to management and they took a few dollars off my bill to compensate me. I didn’t get a chance to watch TV in the evening to unwind for two days. I finally decided to unplug the TV and plug it back in and I think that reset their DIRECTV service and then my TV worked. It also would’ve been helpful if the front desk and maintenance staff would’ve known how to troubleshoot television and not inconvenience guest. Overall, my stay was good and I would recommend this Wyndham hotel to others.
