Good things to say about hotel was the Staff were courteous,and friendly. Room was cleaned daily and clean towels were replenished and dirties removed which was nice.
Problems I had were many. My key did not work to unlock door to fitness room. When I did get inside room was dirty. Floor needed vacuuming. Wall was slattered with something. Dirty cups layed in sink and on treadmill. This was at breakfast time.
Breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, bread, and bagels. No spoons were supplied. Juice machine had watered down juices. Sitting was dirty.
Room was clean. Refrigerator had 3 inch buildup of ice. Microwave was dirty. Hair dryer did not work. No coffee was suppied in room. No seating but desk chair. There was room for a chair but only empty space.
