This place was everything I thought it would be and more. I will definitely be returning. However there were a few small issues. The biggest one was the fact that the bed rolls away from the headboard. My wife and I tried to cuddle up in bed to watch a movie and we could not sit up against the headboard at all without the bed sliding away causing all the pillows and almost ourselves to fall in between. Second, we ordered lunch to be delivered to the suite. After calling 3 times(no answer the first two, then called the front desk and they put me thru to an actual person) I was on hold for what felt like 10 minutes before I could put my order in. They said it would take 45 minutes for delivery as they were very busy, no problem. However when the food finally arrived it was cold, like it had been sitting out waiting for someone to bring it up. Finally, when housekeeping came in with fresh towels and to refill our little coffee station, they saw that we had used the regular coffee and not the decaf. What did they do? Replaced the missing regular coffee with more decaf. I couldn't believe it. They either weren't thinking at all, or just didn't care. I called the front desk and they did take care of it rather quickly. Within I'd say 30 minutes there was a knock at the door like the police serving a warrant, and around the outside handle was a bag with regular coffee pods in it. This place is great, but for the money they charge, they could put more effort into the little things.
