I have stayed at this hotel before and because I enjoyed my stay, I chose to stay here again. This was a different experience. The TVs weren't working in many rooms and they couldn't provide an ETA. Communication around maintenance was unclear. We had to switch rooms after the first night (and part of the 2nd day) of no TV service. The front desk service was inconsistent; however, one woman was good and worked hard to find us another more satisfying room. The restaurant service was good. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The menu/food at The Grill/Lounge could be better, however, the server worked hard to cheer me up given the situation.
