While the staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, several issues significantly impacted my stay.
The room was uncomfortably hot, with an air conditioning system locked at 18°C, leaving no way to cool it further. Despite efforts to adjust it, the temperature remained humid and stuffy, making sleep difficult.
My friends in another room had the same issue, indicating a broader problem.
Additionally, the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot and cold, making it uncomfortable to use.
Noise was another major issue—poor soundproofing meant I was constantly disturbed by slamming doors, whether from cleaning staff or guests. The noise was so disruptive it felt like the entire corridor shook.
Cleanliness was below standard. Dust had settled on furniture and wardrobe shelving, showing that proper checks were not done before my arrival.
When I asked for a restaurant recommendation, the receptionist handed me a business card but couldn’t recommend a dish, suggesting no real guest engagement. The restaurant was overpriced with limited options, making the recommendation feel more about convenience than quality.
I didn’t report these issues, as guests shouldn’t have to chase staff for basic service. These problems should have been addressed before check-in.
I expect acknowledgment of these concerns and assurance of improvements to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
