I booked a hotel room and then I walked from the ferry terminal and when I got to the hotel room at 8:30 p.m. there was no one there to greet me even though the booking went through at 8:00 p.m. I didn't get an email or any notification from the hotel saying that they would be closed when I made my booking. This was a horrible experience for me walking through the streets in Naples alone solo and no one was there from the hotel, no lights were on, no one knew where the hotel was even though I mapped it to the location

Avoid if you can! It's not a hotel, but it's an agency that offers rooms in various areas of the city! So the location of the room doesn't correspond to reality, plus they block your deposit for the 14/30 day for no reason!? not even a rental agency does it... you pay €80 for the room and they block you €200... what can I say!?

DO NOT BOOK! SCAM! The property owners are scammers. They ask you to check in online and leave you passport copy and credit card details on an unsafe website. Additionally, the code they send you to initaite the self check-in process was not working. When you attempt to call the property no one answers your call claiming that their operating the front desk from 9 to 4pm. When you arrive at the property, the area is unsafe, the front door of the building is unlightened and dark, and there is no front desk! There will be some people who might be assigned by them to pretend to help you to find the property. They opened the door for us and took the elevator so that we can follow them. But following a stranger into the dark at night felt unsafe, specially that we had all our valuables with us.

Non è possibile avere contatti con la struttura, che fa capo a CLA.PA Group srl, perché al numero telefonico riportato sul sito non risponde mai nessuno. Inoltre, e questa è la cosa più grave, su Expedia il costo di due camere per una notte era di 148 euro circa, mentre, al momento del check in on line, ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 150 euro circa oltre a una cauzione di 400 euro (200 euro a camera) che mi restituiranno solo fra 30 giorni!!!! Inoltre non sono chiari neanche su dove si trova la struttura essendo un albergo diffuso. La mia era in una pessima zona napoletana vicino alla stazione, ma in fase di prenotazione non era chiaro dove fosse la location. QUESTA È UNA VERA TRUFFA! FATE ATTENZIONE E NON PRENOTATE LE DIVERSE STRUTTURE CHE FANNO CAPO A QUESTA ORGANIZZAZIONE. DOVREBBERO ESSERE ALBERGHI DIFFUSI MA DI HOTEL/B&B NON HANNO ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA!!!! Successivamente darò informazioni sulla restituzione dei 400 euro di cauzione

Horrible service. Don’t stay here, save your money

The room was clean, spacious, had a patio, large shower/shower head, and was renovated modern. Location is near a lot of restaurant options. The bed was not very comfortable and there were no bed covers. Just a sheet over the mattress which is not very sanitary. The sheets kept sliding down so we would be sleeping on the actual mattress. I could see previous guests hair left behind. It was really gross. However, when booking this hotel the location is listed near the port. Read the fine print because the it is not near the port. It is about a 15 minute walk from the port. We arranged a shuttle through the hotel to bring us to our hotel… Big mistake! Instead the shuttle brought us to their front counter which we didn’t realize was a 15 min walk from where we were staying. They then refused to drive us to our rooms after we paid them for the shuttle service. I explained our bags were heavy and my foot was injured and this is why we paid for a shuttle to our hotel.. so we didn’t have to walk. They didn’t care and told us to walk or pay for our own cab. Lastly the photos are deceiving. We thought we were paying extra to stay in a nice hotel but it was really just a room in a sketchy alley and apartment. Would not recommend staying here.

Stanza piccolissima, tv con interruzione continua del segnale, ascensore scomodissimo con funzione a pagamento e oltretutto non dà resto! Struttura a mio parere improvvisata, oltretutto accettazione ad un chilometro dalla struttura per effettuare il check-in! Ti consegnano un mazzo di chiavi (5 in totale) che ingombra il Marsupio

Attention aux détails!!

Il faut bien lire les conditions, nous sommes arrivés a l'adresse de l'hôtel sauf qu'il faut ensuite aller récupérer les clefs a la reception qui se trouve a 15 minutes a pieds de l'hôtel, avec des bagages c'était super comme balade😡!! J'ai appelé la réception pour demander si il etait possible qu on nous ramene les clefs devant l'hôtel, on m'a repondu que c'était absolument impossible pourtant quand on arrive a la reception on tombe sur 4 personnes qui n'ont pas l'air si occupé que ça, pour ne pas dire qu elles ne font pas grand chose! De plus, le ménage est facturé en supplément et le check out se fait a l heure pile, ne comptez pas dépasser 10h!!!

Awful, hidden costs

This place has few hidden SCAMS. Firstly, at your arrival you will be asked for €10 exit cleaning fee!! Something I have never heard of, have you? Secondly, the room is 15 mins walk up hills from the reception. Be aware if you an elderly or got bags or if it’s late at night. The name on the booking does not match the hotel name so you will be walking around like a fool trying to find the reception Check out by 10am! This is not an hotel really as it has less comfort than an Airbnb

interesting Experience but OK Overall

I want to preface this entire review by saying that overall, the stay was good and I couldn’t complain about the super cheap price. I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early departure from Naples. I booked it due to the low price and proximity to the metro. When I arrived to check in, reception was very nice and staff were very kind and helpful. Maybe I didn’t read all the details of the property in advance, but I had to pay a $5 cleaning fee (no big deal) but I found it weird that this wasn’t included in the price - doesn’t every room need cleaned? Then they asked for a credit card to put on file for a $200 retainer fee in case of damages - super weird to me when the cost of the booking was under $30. The next surprise came when I was walked outside to a hotel van for them to transfer me to the actual place I’d be staying. In the car I was handed 6 keys (yes- that’s right 6 separate keys to access the room). It was a bit of a headache to be dropped off on a random street with directions to the door you needed to enter and 6 keys to find your way. The location was fine - on a super busy local walking & shopping street. The “hotel” was a hallway of rooms. My room was clean and comfortable, and a good option for a short stay, however walls were paper thin and I could hear other guests talk, listen to music, etc. easily without trying and with a closed door. I feel that all the trouble was worth it due to the cheap price, but it was not a relaxed or chill process.

The location of the reception and the room is different. But, they took us by car for going to my room after check in. They have one reception and a few room location. Price was so good. The room is clean.
