I recently stayed at the Canopy hotel. While the hotel itself looks beautiful and clean, the service was very disappointing. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, even though I was out from 9 AM to 6 PM every day. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to ask for towels and shampoo, and it took them over two hours to bring them.
There’s a restaurant downstairs, but it’s constantly closed and there’s no sign with the hours, so you never know when it’s open. I also found out on the last day that they have a gym on the 6th floor—no one mentioned it, and there was no information provided about the hotel’s amenities.
Overall, the lack of communication and poor service really took away from the experience.
