Horrible service
Our stay was going decent to begin with, my husband and I booked a room to stay the night for the Supercross event in town, we got in and check in went smoothly, and left for our event. We came back to the room to drop off some stuff and went down the street for dinner, but when we came back our keycard wouldn't work for the door. Went down and talked to the girl at front desk and she informed us that whoever had checked us in only checked us in for the day, I pulled up my reservation and showed her that we had indeed booked for the night with check out the next morning. She told us that she couldn't do anything and tried calling the manager. After finally speaking with the manager we were told we Could be let into the room but would not be receiving a card for the door, and she wouldn't be able to reprogram the one we had, she took it away from us and walked us to the room to open it for us to get our stuff, but it was horrible customer service, and we were not able to leave the room together after that or we'd be locked out again.
