Staff in this hotel absolutely not friendly, to change towels you have to call them 3-4 times, crazy rules if towel not on floor they not change it. I was ask then extend my room for 1 day night before, I was told come back in the morning , when I was back next morning hotel manager told me they have no rooms available and you have to go find other hotel. On my question why night before , girl on recepcion
promised me room, she told me probably she forgot put request on the system, and now she has no rooms. Is it normal way to do business in 5 stars hotel?
