This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate.

Poor experience

The phone number they provided was never reachable, we can't talk to them before our travel. So we can not ask for help with the check in. The room was very cold and we only got a thin bedsheet. Also there were not coffee or tea maker in the room. The staff was not very kind and helpful, some of them did not speak English well and when we asked for some help they spoke to each other in Italian and told us to google it. We had to pay for the luggage storage. Good price but poor experience for a 4 star hotel.
