So I booked this hotel because it said five minutes from the international airport with a free shuttle service. When I arrived from Europe at the international airport, I called the hotel and they told me there was a shuttle every half hour. So I wait at the hotel shuttle stop at the international airport. No shuttle. After waiting over half an hour I call them again, to only then hear I need to go to the domestic airport with another shuttle bus, because they don’t pick up at the international terminal.
That took another half hour, then waited for the shuttle another half hour, so instead of five minutes, it took me nearly two hours to get to the hotel. Not the experience you want to have after an already long flight! I don’t understand why you don’t make clear from the get go one has to go to domestic, and why they can’t on the phone ask if a customer is at international or domestic. I can’t be the only one this has happened to.
Once I got at the hotel all was good, not exceptional, but ok to spend a night.
